Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He argued that even if the contents of the FIR are taken to be true, only role attributed to the petitioner is that he gave a spade blow above the right eye of the complainant. Moreover, the injury attributed to the petitioner is simple in nature. He submits that the alleged occurrence took place on 19.08.2025, whereas the FIR in question was registered on 30.08.2025 i.e. after an unexplained delay of 11 days thereby casting serious doubt on the prosecution story. He further submits that co-accused persons have already been granted concession of bail by this Court vide orders dated PUNEET SHARMA 2026.05.27 19.09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
