Without adverting to the merits of the Petitioner's allegations at this stage the matter is disposed off with a direction upon Respondent No.4 (Director (ESI), Directorate of ESI Healthcare, Haryana) to decide the Petitioners' Representation dated 14th September, 2020 (Annexure P-13) after taking into account the purport of the Order dated 2nd May, 2017 (Annexure P-6), within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
