This writ petition has been filed assailing the award of the Labour Court dated January 13, 2010 in Ref. No.461/03. There is culpable delay in approaching the Court on the writ side invoking its discretionary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The delay is almost five and half years which dissuades this Court from interfering in the matter. A copy of this order be remitted to the Labour Court and to the workman by the Registry of this Court for their information since the writ petition has been dismissed in limine.
