This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) for registration of a case against respondent No.4 for making physical relations on the pretext of marriage. 2.

On 11.07.2023, since lawyers were abstaining from work in view of the resolution passed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association, the matter was adjourned to 26.07.2023. On 26.07.2023 the case was adjourned to 19.10.2023 on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that she was in personal difficulty. On 19.10.2023 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned to today. Today the matter has been called twice. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
