Prayer in present writ petition is for quashing of impugned order dated 14.03.2019/27.06.2019 (Annexure P-2) whereby respondent no.3 was ordered to be transferred against the petitioner and vice-versa. Representation alleged to have been made to respondent no.2. The post of DEO is lying vacant in Hisar.

Learned counsel contends that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation within some specified time.
