Prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to grant Child Care Leave to the petitioner who is working as Lecturer (Political Science) at Government Senior Secondary School, Village Dera, District Ambala.

Learned counsel for the State has furnished a copy of order dated 10.12.2021 whereby Child Care Leave from 16.12.2021 till 15.09.2023 has been granted to the petitioner. It is, thus, submitted that this writ petition is rendered infructuous. Order dated 10.12.2021 is taken on record subject to just exceptions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to deny that this writ petition is indeed rendered infructuous.

Disposed of accordingly.
