******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.108 dated 11.05.2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 21 (b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Sadar Tohana, District Fatehabad. Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner in terms of order dated 12.07.2019 has surrendered before the trial Court on 26.07.2019 and has been allowed interim bail. The petitioner had absented before the trial Court on 02.07.2019. Now he has appeared before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail.

(ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
