(Oral) The petitioner's contention is that the Wardbandi of his village Naharpur Kasan, Tehsil Manesar, District Gurgaon has been arbitrarily carried out without verifying the status of bonafide residents. Several voters are said to have been enrolled on the address of residential house of the petitioner without his consent or knowledge.

It is not in dispute that vide notification dated 08.09.2015, elections of Gram Panchayats in Haryana have been announced and election schedule has been notified.
