(ORAL) CRM-2179-2023 This is an application to place on record Annexures R-2/1 to R-2/6 and further exemption from filing the certified copies of the same. In view of the contents and prayer clause of the application, the same is allowed. Annexures R-2/1 to R-2/6 are taken on record. CRM-M-34098-2022 Vide order dated 04.08.2022, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be without conceding and subject to all just exceptions, he is ready and willing to make a fixed deposit of Rs. 1 lakh which is more than the current market value of the trolla in question in favour of respondent No. 2-Baldev Singh subject to the condition that he would not redeem the fixed deposit for three months and after that subject to the outcome of the present investigation with prior permission of the concerned trial Court. The fixed deposit shall have clause of automatic renewal of interest and the original shall be handed over to the investigator within 10 days from today.

Given above, the present petition is allowed and interim order dated 04.08.2022 is made absolute. All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
