Mr.Rohit Arya, AAG, Haryana Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioners have prayed for a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 27.6.2017 passed by Addl.Sessions Judge, Kaithal. The grievance of the petitioners is that State is making culvert as per norms at the behest of certain land owners and interest of the petitioners would be severly affected in case appropriate directions are not given. It appears that civil proceedings before the court below are already pending in which petitioners also moved an application for impleadment under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC. It is inexplicable why extra ordinary writ jurisdiction of this court has been invoked. Petition is without any merit and is hereby dismissed.
