Challenge in this revision petition is to the order dated 19.04.2025, whereby the Rent Controller, Panchkula, had ordered eviction of the petitioner and also to the order dated 08.05.2025 passed by District Judge-cum-Appellate Authority, Panchkula, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner had also been dismissed. 2.
It has been brought to the notice of this Court that vide order dated 18.09.2025, on behalf of respondent No.1, a statement has been suffered that in compliance to the ejectment order, the possession has been handed over in the execution proceedings and the order dated 19.04.2025 PUNEET SACHDEVA 2026.01.08 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
