(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to have recourse to other alternte efficacious remedies as may be available to him for redressal of his grievances including moving of an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the Area Magistrate. In view of the aforesaid request, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
