JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The nine petitioners were appointed as Senior Laboratory Attendants on the recommendations of the Subordinate Services Selection Board, Punjab vide order dated 28.11.2014. Their grievance is that vide the impugned order dated 27.2.2015 (P.7) issued by the DPI (Secondary Education), Punjab, their Grade Pay scale of Rs.5910-20200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- has been reduced to a consolidated basic pay of Rs.5910/- without allowing grade pay and other allowances.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners points out that in view of the subsequent Instructions dated 15.10.2015, the necessary relief has been granted to the petitioners thereby rendering the present writ petition infructuous.

In view of aforesaid, present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
