(Oral) Faced with the dicta of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in "Ramji Lal Bhairwa Vs. State of Rajasthan 2024 INSC 846, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. He has, however, submitted that he reserves the rights of the petitioner to file a petition for consideration of quashing of the FIR (as also all proceedings emanating therefrom) on merits thereof.
