Nagar Mohali (Annexure P-4) and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the order passed by this Court on 02.12.2024 in CRM-M No.54890 of 2024, vide which the FIR (supra) has been quashed on the basis of compromise.
