*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court the stand taken by the respondents in para No.2 of the affidavit dated 31.08.2016 wherein it has been mentioned that the Police Department has decided to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment after granting relaxation in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the petitioner qualifies the Physical Screening Test for the post concerned, which is mandatory as per State Government instructions. In view of the stand taken in the affidavit, the present writ petition is disposed of.
However, the respondents are directed to do the necessary exercise within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
