CWP No. 1846 of 2016 A perusal of the reply would go on to show that the order dated 01.07.2015 has been restored. As per the reply, the whole issue has been reconsidered and vide order dated 20.05.2016 (Annexure R-3/1/T), the stoppage of yearly increments has been restored.
