H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Mr. Ashok Kumar, PCS, SDM, Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur, is present. He is discharged with a direction that in future such type of delay should not be there in compliance with orders of the Court.

The grouse of the revisionist in this case is that the matter is pending for the last more than 30 years and has not been disposed of, so far.

Learned State counsel submits that the matter would be finally disposed of within two months from today by Deputy Commissioner, Hoshiarpur, exercising the powers of Collector Agrarian, Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur. Let it be so done. In case of non-compliance, serious view in the matter would be taken.

With such observations, the revision petition stands disposed of.
