**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned action of the respondentDepartment for not fixing the seniority of the petitioners in the cadre of Masters, from the date of their initial appointment on ad hoc basis. Learned State counsel submits that the claim raised by the petitioners in this petition, has already been dealt with by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-6305-2009 and the same was declined vide judgment dated 17.09.2018; that the appeal preferred against the said judgment was also dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex Court and that this is a second round of litigation preferred by the petitioners. Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
