Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that petitioner had participated in the online clerk transfer drive and had filled in around 40 choices. The petitioner, who is an unmarried girl, has been allotted a station 225 kms away from her place of residence. It is further the case set up by the petitioner that her mother and father are ill and disabled and hence she be adjusted in her District or in a nearby District. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further contend that a representation dated 27.08.2020 (Annexure P-6) has been given, however, no decision has been taken on the same. He further states that at this stage the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to decide her representation dated 27.08.2020 (Annexure P-6) in a time bound manner.
