Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the limited prayer of the petitioner in the present revision petition is that his application for interim stay, which has been filed alongwith the appeal (Annexure P-3), may be decided.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that an application for early hearing was filed which was dismissed vide order dated 13.05.2024 holding that early hearing would not be possible due to heavy Board of the Court.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the Court concerned to decide the application for interim stay filed with the appeal, expeditiously. The petitioner would be at liberty to file a requisite application alongwith a copy of the order of this Court for preponment of the date of hearing. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
