CWP No.20133 of 2014 [2] conveniently ignored by the authorities, we are satisfied that the matter requires reconsideration.

However, in view of unconditional offer made by the petitioner as recorded in order dated November 17, 2014, Mr. Sidhu, learned counsel for the Gram Panchayat states that a placard shall be put on the wall of the school that the land in question has been unconditionally donated by the petitioner to the Gram Panchayat for the purpose of school/play ground or any other school related ancillary activity.

In this view of the matter, no further interference is called for.
