On the asking of court, Mr.Vikas Mohan Gupta, Addl.A.G., Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondents.

Only grievance of the petitioner is that his bills have not been cleared for the work done by him. According to him, legal notice, Annexure P/3 is still pending with the department. Petition is disposed of with the direction that legal notice be decided expeditiously in any case not later than three weeks. If any, amount is found due to the petitioner, payment of same would be released to him.
