***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner claims interest for the alleged delay in making the payment. His claim has been denied by the Chief Engineer on the ground that work was not completed by the petitioner within the specified period and as per terms of the agreement. Besides, there is no provision in the agreement for payment of interest on delayed payment. In view of stand taken by the State, it is evident that disputed questions of act are involved. Same cannot be decided in exercise of writ jurisdiction by this court. The petition is, thus, without any merit and is hereby dismissed.
