(Oral) This is an application under Section 151 C.P.C seeking permission for withdrawal of the main petition with a liberty to approach respondent No. 2 for withdrawal of impugned show cause notice dated 17.05.2018 as well as for setting aside of impugned punishment order dated 05.04.2018 (Annexure P-8). Issue notice of the application.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana and Mr. Namit Kumar, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the State and respondent Nos. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the application to learned State counsel by today itself.

After going through the contents of the application, the same is allowed and the main petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
