Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to further investigate the matter in FIR No. 0377, dated 18.10.2022, under Sections 323, 354-A (2) and 506 of the IPC read with Section 34 thereof, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Bhiwani and to handover the investigation to some higher police officials. 2.

Learned counsel for the State upon instructions from ASI Renu submits that the investigation is already complete and the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has also been presented before the trial Court on 21.03.2023 and charge-sheet has also been issued to respondents No. 4 and 5. 3.

In view of the above circumstances, the present petition has become infructuous.

Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 5.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail remedy at an appropriate stage.

Pending miscellaneous application (s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
