Petitioners have filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the award dated 27.01.2014. Notice of motion was issued in this case on 26.09.2014. The case was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide order dated 27.11.2014. Parties amicably settled their dispute and the settlement was reduced into writing on 21.01.2015. The said settlement was duly signed by the parties.
