*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of direction to respondents to release all retiral benefits including the dues for the period of extension in service.

In response to notice of motion, reply has been filed by the respondent-State.

On the last date of hearing, learned State counsel on the basis of reply submitted that the relief claimed by the petitioner has already been granted to her and learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to verify the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the benefits have been released except an amount of `30,000/-. In view of submissions made above and the fact that all the Neetu Rani 2016.11.17 11:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.19473 of 2015 benefits have been released except an amount of `30,000/-, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

However, in case, the amount is not released, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the respondent-authorities, which shall be considered within a period of two months from the date of moving of representation and in case, the petitioner is found entitled for the same, the same be released to her within a period of one month thereafter. Disposed of accordingly.
