(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that let the present case be disposed of in terms of the order dated 2.9.2014 passed by a Division Bench of the Delhi High Court in W.P.(c) 3047 of 2013 (Ghanshyam Vishwakarma Vs. Union of India and others) Annexure P-17.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has not been supplied any instructions in this regard. However, he could not distinguish the order dated 2.9.2014 (Annexure P-17) passed by the Delhi High Court.
