(ORAL) The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.349 dated 07.07.2023 under Sections 323, 448, 506, 511 IPC and Section 3(s) and 2(VA) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar, District Faridabad and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedy before the trial Court at the appropriate stage. Allowed to do so.
