Mr. Amitoj Singh Dhaliwal, DAG, Punjab ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.98 dated 21.06.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 452, 323 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga.
Heard.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mangal Singh submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no more required for the purpose of further investigation of the case.
In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 12.07.2019 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- JITENDER KUMAR 2019.10.22 16:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh (i) that the petitioners shall make themselves available for

(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
(iv) that the petitioners will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
