The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking quashing of notice dated 24.11.2015 (Annexure P-1). Further a writ in the nature of Mandamus has been sought directing respondents No. 1 and 2 not to take any action against the petitioners in violation of the guidelines and directions framed by the Reserve Bank of India. 2.
On September 06, 2016, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in order to show the bona fides of the petitioners, a demand draft of ` 2 lacs shall be produced on the next date of hearing.
Adjourned to 21.09.2016."
