By virtue of the present petition under Section 482 BNSS, petitioner, who is co-accused in case bearing FIR No.22 dated 27.02.2025 registered under Sections 109, 126(2), 132, 221, 303(2), 190, 191(3) BNS and Section 27 of Arms Act, at Police Station City Batala, District Gurdaspur, has prayed for grant of pre-arrest bail. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3.
