RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of necessary direction to the official respondent Nos.1 to 3 to transfer the investigation of the case FIR No.132, dated 18.06.2019, under Sections 376-D, 365, 506 IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Bahin, District Palwal, to some other independent investigating agency. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him in accordance with law.

Allowed as prayed for.
