(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Section 439 (2) Cr.P.C. for cancellation of bail of respondent No. 2 by setting aside order dated 03.05.2021 passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar. The order dated 03.05.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar is modified to the extent that within fifteen days from today, respondent No. 2 shall forward to the Investigator/SHO and the petitioner the complete details of bank account numbers with addresses, fixed deposits, DEMAT account numbers, the current market value of jewelry, sovereign metals, all precious articles, held either individually or jointly, and cash-in-hand.

If respondent No. 2 fails to comply with this condition, then on this ground alone, the bail might be cancelled, and the petitioner or State may file application for the cancellation of bail if the above condition not complied. Given above, the present petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
