2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?

3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. According to the petitioner, when he was got admitted in the School, the Headmaster of the School recorded his name as 'Sunil Dutt son of Bhur Singh'. That mistake continued in the academic certificates till the petitioner passed matriculation examination in the year 1983.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner states that Haryana School Education Board has got ample powers to carry out necessary correction in the certificate. If that is so, the petitioner may approach that Authority. With liberty aforementioned, the writ petition stands dismissed.
