RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J (ORAL) The petitioner has challenged the order dated 16.11.2015 (P.8) by which his application for correction of spelling mistake in the name of the petitioner in the academic record of her daughter i.e in the Mark sheet of Class 10, has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the respondent-CBSE has submitted that the case of the petitioner can be re-considered. In view of the statement made, the order dated 16.11.2015 is hereby set aside and the case is remanded back to the respondent-Central Board of Secondary Education to reconsider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Petition stands allowed. Needful shall be done within 15 days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
