(Oral) The petitioners claim that a Community Center (Barat Ghar) is being constructed by Gram Panchayat of their village in Khasra No.50/05 which is actually a Pond (Johar). It does appear from the averments that the construction work has already commenced. The petitioners have rushed to this Court without approaching the authorities.

In these circumstances, we dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal who may verify whether there is any substance in the allegations?
