Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier a complaint was filed by respondent No.5 in the year 2009, which was dismissed on 19.10.2013. Now she has approached the police with same complaint and police is harassing the petitioner without any reason. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala. On filing of such representation, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that the above order will not be interpreted as providing protection to the petitioner from any legal action taken in any civil, criminal or any other proceedings initiated/pending against him in accordance with law.
