**** PANKAJ JAIN, J (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation in FIR No. 118 (Annexure P-1) dated 15.08.2020 under Sections 323, 324, 148, 149 of IPC later on added Sections 325/326 of IPC, registered at Police Station Raja Sansi, District Amritsar Rural to other senior police officer of the rank of IPS.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the investigation already stands concluded and the report stands filed before the concerned Court under Section 173 on 13.11.2020 as specified in Para 9 of status report filed by way of affidavit of Gurpartap Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Attari, Amritsar (Rural) on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
