JUSTICE GURVINDER SINGH GILL Present:- Mr. Vipul Babuta, Advocate for the petitioners. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to ensure that in case the petitioners are required to be associated with any inquiry or any information is to be elicited from them in the capacity of witness, then provisions of Section 160 Cr.P.C. shall be duly complied with. In case, the petitioners are required in connection with commission of any offence, which they themselves are suspected to have committed, then it shall be ensured that provisions of Section 41 and 41(A) Cr.P.C. are duly complied with.
