**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is to issuance direction to the official respondents to take appropriate action against the private respondents. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3-State only. On the asking of this Court, Mr. Subhash Godara, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 to 3-State only and filed status reply by way of an affidavit dated 25.08.2022 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Sri Hargobindpur, Police District Batala, in the Court. The same is taken on record.

As per the aforesaid reply, final report/challan under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been prepared and the prosecution is in the process of filing the same before the Court below.
