From the perusal of the writ petition, it appears that no such request for an early disposal of the stay application has been made to the appellate authority. There is no doubt that in case the petitioners make such a request before the appellate authority, the same would be decided expeditiously and in accordance with law. The petitioners shall make a request for early hearing of the stay application before the appellate authority.
