Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.633 dated 02.12.2019, under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC and Section 76 of Chit Fund Act, 1982, registered at Police Station Ambala Cantt., District Ambala.

Vide order dated 28.09.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ramesh Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
