Annexure P@37 is taken on record.  !"## On being confronted with the order passed by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 13204 of 2021 filed by the same petitioner raising identical issues, which was disposed of on 20.07.2021, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the representation filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2 was not directed to be considered and decided. He submits that the petitioner has now filed a fresh representation before respondent No.2 on 07.02.2023 (Annexure P-37) and the same be directed to be considered and decided by the respondent-authorities wherein he has prayed for submitting the gap analysis report. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent-State of Haryana submits that the aforesaid representation dated 07.02.2023 filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2 praying for submission of gap analysis report would also be considered and decided by the competent authorities expeditiously as early as possible strictly in accordance with law.
