3. The petitioners are challenging the action of the respondents in conducting the exam for selection for the post of Headmaster in English medium.

4. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are teachers of Punjabi language and were teaching in Punjabi medium school.

5. The reply has also been filed and it is pointed out that the requirement of appointment is that one person should have done matriculation with English as one of the subjects.
