The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.0050 dated 24.07.2021, under Sections 498-A, 406, 506, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Thulliwal, District Barnala.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 14.09.2021, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation and co-operated with the investigating agency. Learned State counsel, assisted by counsel for the complainant and on instructions from ASI Manjit Singh, submits that the petitioners are no longer required for further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 14.09.2021 is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
