(Oral) The petitioner had earlier approached this Court questioning the Wardbandi of village Dungeja, Tehsil Punhana, District Mewat. Directions were issued to consider the appeal which he had filed. The S.D.O. (Civil), Ferozepur Jhirka vide the impugned order dated 02.09.2015 (P-1) has declined to interfere in the matter after noticing the fact that neither the petitioner filed any objections against the proposed Wardbandi before the Circle Revenue Officer or Tehsildar Ferozepur Jhirka nor he preferred any appeal. The petitioner's claim that the objections were sent through registered post but the same did not reach on time, would not cut much ice and thus no interference is called for in the impugned order.
