This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of local police officials, who are trying to falsely implicate the petitioner in false cases at the instance of private respondent No.4. 2.

It is stated in the petition that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 10.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib but no action has been taken so far.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 10.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
