(Oral) (1) The Administrator, Gram Panchayat Fakruwal, Block Shahkot, District Jalandhar has filed his affidavit dated 15.05.2015, para 2 whereof reads as follows:- "That in compliance with the orders dtd.29.09.2014 of this Hon'ble Court as per technical guidance and estimates prepared by the Junior Engineer of the Block, requisite funds for construction of Pond on the Panchayat land available near the land of the petitioner to discharge dirty water, were made available by the District Administration, with which actual work for digging of pond has already been accomplished on 14.05.2015."
(2) In para 3, it is averred that the writ petition has thus been rendered infructuous.

(3) In view of the above-stated categoric stand taken by the Administrator, Gram Panchayat, Fakruwal, we dispose of this petition as infructuous, however, with a clarificatory direction to respondents No.3 to 6 that in case the work is still incomplete in any manner, the needful must be done on or before 30.11.2015 so that the sewage water of the village does not enter the petitioner's land.
(4) The larger issue raised by this Court vide order dated 04.05.2015 and 19.05.2015 shall be gone into in appropriate proceedings.
(5) Disposed of.
